Terms & Conditions

Terms & Conditions

Ear and eye protection must be used when shooting is in progress.

You need to be a Licence holder or you can be accompanied by a Licence holder.

We have Public Liability Insurance but it is recommended that you have your own insurance.

A non-refundable deposit of 30% is paid at the point of booking to confirm your place on your selected date. We will invoice you for the remaining balance by email, which is due before the day of the shoot.

If you have to cancel your place on a shoot, please let us know at the earliest opportunity. This must be arranged at least 24 hours beforehand. We will be able to reimburse you up to 24hrs before the shoot, minus the 30% non-refundable deposit.

If you wish to change the date of your shoot, please let us know at the earliest opportunity. This must be arranged at least 24 hours beforehand.

What should I wear?
Please wear whatever you feel comfortable and relaxed in to shoot. If that's your shooting kit, great, if its jeans and a shirt, that's also ok. The only thing to consider is the weather. Please be prepared to spend a day outside in whatever Cumbria has to offer.

What's on the menu?
We use local suppliers and caterers to give you a taste of the best Cumbria has to offer. The menu varies but be assured you’ll be well fed and fuelled up for the day and if you’d like something, please just ask. If you have any dietary requirements please let us know in advance.

What cartridges should I bring?
They must be Fibre Wad and we would advise a lighter load or shoulder protection to those unused to such high volumes of shots during a drive.

Why not capture your day at Kiln Wood Simulated Driven Game Shoot by getting it photographed by a professional photographer. Full details can be viewed at
